Kel is a village & tourist spot in the Neelum valley 155 kilometers from Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir. It’s famous for the abundance of Markhoor, Pakistan’s national animal. Public transport runs in between Muzaffarabad & Kel. Basic all necessities e.g. hotels, bank, hospital, and college are available here.
